Error of synchronization between machines?
This Sync section has 2 cases:
Do not turn off profile A and switch to profile B
After completing, close the app immediately so it cannot be uploaded to the cloud
Solution: After finishing, turn off all profiles, wait for a while for the device to load to the cloud, then turn off the app
How to create a Subaccount?
Step 1: Go to Team Member
Step 2: Click Add teammber
Step 3: Enter Subacc email and password
Step 4: Select Subacc rights
Step 5: Click Save
Note: Only TEAM package and above can create Subacc
How to update software?
Step 1: Go to website https://genlogin.com
Step 2: Download the software (the software above is always the latest version)
Step 3: Install the downloaded version
