Troubleshooting - Realtime

Use the Search box with the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and enter the error message displayed in the app for a quicker search.

Some common errors and how to handle them
  1. Error "Error: end of central directory record signature not found"?

How to fix:

  • Tick that profiles -> Stop sharing on Cloud -> the profile will be moved to Local

  1. Error "Browser corrupted"

How to fix:

  • Open Setting -> Troubleshooting -> Select corrupted Titan version -> Reinstall

or

  • Open This PC on your PC, browse this path: %userprofile%/.genlogin/browsers/titan -> Extract the zip file of corrupted titan version
