Explanation: This error occurs when the profile is already open, and another attempt is made to open it again.
How to fix:
Step 1: Completely close the running profile, as it may still be running in the background. Open Task Manager on your computer and end any background browser processes.
Step 2: Restart the task in GenLogin.
This error occurs when the Titan browser version is not installed or not properly extracted on your device.
Step 1: Restart your computer. Step 2: Reopen the GenLogin application. Step 3: Go to the Settings section in GenLogin.
Step 4: Go to the Troubleshooting section, then select the Titan browser version that has not been installed.
Step 5: Click Reinstall, wait for the browser to finish downloading, then close the window.
This error occurs in free accounts, where the system cannot read data from profiles stored on the Cloud.
Move the profile from Cloud (online storage) to Local (offline storage).
Step 1: Go to the Profile screen → Select profiles currently stored in the Cloud.
Step 2: Click Stop share on Cloud to disable cloud storage.
