The main account can view all the profiles of the sub-accounts in the Team section.
The main account can create sub-accounts and can edit the rights to create profiles, view profiles, and share profiles.
The sub-account has the right to share the profile with other accounts if the main account grants the permission.
The sub-account does NOT have the right to view the profiles of other sub-accounts.
The total number of profiles of the account will be equal to: Total number of profiles of the package = Main account + sub-accounts. Steps to use the Sub Account feature: Step 1: Click on "Team members"
Steps to use the Sub Account feature:
Step 1: Click on "Team members"
Step 2: Select "New Sub account", enter a Gmail-formatted name in the email section (so that you can easily identify the user of that sub-account), then create a password as desired.
Step 3: Customize the permissions of the Sub Account:
Create profile: This account is allowed to create profiles. For example, if your admin account purchases the Company: 1000 profile package, then the account has the right to create 1000 profiles.
View profile: The account can only view profiles.
Share profile: The account can share profiles with other accounts. Then, click "Create".
=> The sub-account has been created successfully. Your employees or team members, just need to download the Genlogin software, log in to the sub-account you provided, and use all the features, corresponding to the permissions you have granted (create profile, view profile, share profile).
Note: The Sub Account feature is only available in the Team (300 profiles) package or higher.
Genlogin's authority management allows you to set up detailed access permissions for each group of users. This feature is especially important when it is necessary to protect data and prevent unauthorized use of authority, especially in workgroups with a large number of users.
For example, if you have a team that needs to use the same accounts, but you don't want the account passwords to be leaked, the simple thing to do is to let the whole team use Genlogin and share the sub-account permissions to those accounts. Your employees will only need to use it without having to log in again.
Genlogin automatically synchronizes data between all devices, from login information to the current status of each profile, helping teams to work conveniently and save costs.
